I don't get it, I have tried this move off and on for years.. I can't get my arms down and through by turning my hips..
I've read VJ's book. I think that is part of Hogan's secret, he didn't always show what he really did. He didn't move in actual shots as he shows in the video!
He doesn't show the move to the left leg post up in his explanation.
